Art

Ieva Pazemeckaite (instagram @ieva_bee) studied  art from a young age at an art-based Primary and High School in Lithuania. After graduation she got a chance to work in the studios of great artists to learn more about compositions, life drawing and painting techniques. Later, she studied at the Lithuanian Art Academy where she decided to focus more on graphic design. Soon after, she moved to the United States to continue studying art and completed a degree in Graphic Design and Visual Communication (BA). She worked as a graphic designer for over 7 years. In 2007, she worked as the art director for the short movie ‘Mimoza’ (USA) which was made for a short movie festival in Lithuania by director R.Rakauskaite. After having children of her own she sought a change of direction, wanting to share her art knowledge with children, so she studied to practice as a Montessori Directress (2013).

In 2017, she opened the ‘Bee Creative’ art studio for adults and children in Merton Abbey Mills and continues to work on her personal art career to this day.
