We’ll begin with a mindfulness meditation, open the heart with ceremonial cacao, then create your vision inside a gifted luxury gratitude journal (worth £40). Using habit stacking and daily gratitude, we’ll support you in amplifying manifestation and anchoring your intentions into a simple, powerful daily practice.
